Experience
The experience behind CultureCatalyst.
Built through hands-on work in operations, luxury, onboarding, learning and People & Culture—and a consistent focus on helping people deliver what the business needs.
Each chapter says whose work it was: previous roles, CultureCatalyst’s own work, or programmes still being designed.
Chapter 1
Where business happens
Work delivered in previous roles.
Retail operations is where plans meet the day: managing teams and delivering what customers expect, every single day. It built a practical understanding of how execution really works.

Chapter 2
Bringing the brand to life
Work delivered in previous roles.
More than ten years in luxury, across brands, teams and international markets, showed what it takes for a brand promise to appear in every interaction: service standards, team development and brand standards.
A specific contribution

Chapter 3
Helping people begin and grow
Previous roles, and CultureCatalyst’s own product and programme design.
Onboarding across office, commercial and field teams showed how much a clear start matters: people need to understand the vision, their role, who supports them and how to succeed.
A specific contribution
Designing learning and onboarding journeys. Talent Passport is CultureCatalyst’s digital product for this. A graduate programme design, Taawoni, is complete; delivery is pending.

Chapter 4
Building how organisations work
Work delivered during an in-house People & Culture role.
Building structures, roles, policies, performance practices and leadership development inside a growing organisation showed what it takes for people and operations to work from the same foundations.
A specific contribution
People and operational foundations for a growing organisation, shown as past work.
It states what was delivered, the current status and the intended outcomes.
Chapter 5
Sharing the thinking
Speaking, moderation and ecosystem contributions.
Speaking, moderating and hosting alongside founders, employers and the wider ecosystem is where the thinking is tested in public. It sits alongside delivery experience; it is not a substitute for it.
A specific contribution
Keynote at TransPerfect NEXT EMEA, London, on 24 September 2026, on moving learning out of the training room and onto the operations table. Workshops, moderation and ecosystem roles are listed with dates on the Events page.
