I built CultureCatalyst from a pattern
I couldn't unsee.
For over a decade, I worked at the intersection of people, performance and business — particularly in luxury, retail, training and human capital. And I kept seeing the same thing.
To deliver the commercial outcome, I had to understand what the business was trying to achieve, what the customer needed to experience, what leaders needed to reinforce, and what employees needed to know, believe and be able to do.
